Horseback Riding Lessons

Whether you’re stepping into the saddle for the first time or looking to build confidence and improve your riding skills, our horseback riding lessons are designed for beginners through intermediate riders.
At Red Raider Stables, we believe good riding starts with good horsemanship. Our lessons go beyond simply getting on a horse. Riders learn how to safely and confidently care for their horse from the ground up; including grooming, tacking, handling, and preparing the horse for riding.
Once in the saddle, lessons focus on developing balance, position, communication, control, and confidence while building a strong foundation of riding skills.
Each approximately one-hour lesson is $55.
Whether your goal is to learn the basics, become a more confident rider, or continue developing your skills, we provide a supportive and educational environment where both horse and rider can learn and grow together.
What to Bring
Riders should provide their own riding gear, including:
- A properly fitted riding helmet
- Riding pants or jeans
- Riding boots with a heel
